cb996 Responsible Gaming —
Keep the fun within limits
Gaming is for enjoyment, not stress. cb996 is always here to help you play safely and in good health.
Enjoy Gaming in a Safe Environment
cb996 believes online gaming is an entertainment activity — not a source of income or a way to relieve stress. We care deeply about the well-being and safety of every one of our users. Responsible gaming means staying in control of your time, money, and mental state.
On our platform you will find effective tools such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out to help you build healthy gaming habits. Our 24/7 Bengali live chat support is always ready whenever you need it.
Age Limit is Mandatory
Participation on cb996 is only for those aged 21 or above. Keeping minors away from gaming is our responsibility and the ethical duty of every user.
Key Responsible Gaming Features
cb996 provides these effective tools to help you stay in control of your gaming.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. If that limit is reached, the system will automatically block the transaction, keeping your spending fully under control.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can deactivate your account for a set period or permanently. No promotional communications will be sent during self-exclusion.
Time-Out Break
Taking a temporary break is sometimes the wisest move. Set a time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in to your account, but your balance will remain protected.
Session Time Alerts
It is easy to lose track of time while playing. cb996's session timer sends you an automatic notification after a set period, so you can decide whether to continue or take a break.
Reality Check
Responsible gaming means knowing that winning is not always possible. cb996 provides transparent information — every game is for entertainment. There is always a chance of losing, so only place bets with what you can afford to lose without it affecting your life.
24/7 Support Center
If you have any concerns about gaming, contact our Bengali-language live chat support. Our trained team will stand by you with sensitivity and ensure you get the help you need.
Ask Yourself These Questions
If the answer to any one of the questions below is "yes", pause for a moment and talk to us. Awareness is the first step to protection.
- Do you keep playing to win back money you have lost?
- Is gaming interfering with your daily work, family, or sleep?
- Are you taking loans or breaking your savings to place bets?
- Do you feel restless or irritable when you are not gaming?
- Do you hide how much you are gaming from others?
- Do you feel guilt or anxiety during or after playing?
Rules for Playing Responsibly
Set a Budget Beforehand
Decide the maximum amount you will spend before you start playing. Once you reach that limit, stop — whether you are winning or losing.
Take Regular Breaks
Do not play for long stretches without stopping. Taking at least a 10-15 minute break every hour is a healthy habit.
Do Not Play on Impulse
Avoid gaming when you are angry, sad, drinking, or tired. It is hard to make good decisions in those states.
Think of Gaming as Entertainment
Playing casino games and slots is entertainment, like watching a movie or playing sports. It is not an alternative source of income.
How cb996's Safety Tools Work
Deposit Limits — Details
At cb996 you can choose from three types of deposit limits: daily (24 hours), weekly (7 days), and monthly (30 days). Increasing a limit takes 24 hours to take effect, so that no immediate change is made on impulse. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately.
Self-Exclusion — Details
When self-exclusion is activated, your account becomes completely inactive. Duration options: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent. No bonus offers or promotional emails will be sent during this time. A minimum of 6 months must pass before permanent exclusion can be reconsidered.
Time-Out — Details
If you do not want to stop completely but just need to catch your breath, time-out is ideal. Choose any duration from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. After the time-out ends, you can log in normally. Your funds and account information remain completely safe during this period.
21+ Age Limit Enforcement
cb996 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Additional identity documents are requested in cases of doubt. To prevent minors from using a parent's account, use password protection on your device.
Important reminder: Ensuring responsible gaming is not only cb996's responsibility — it is every player's responsibility to themselves and their family. Even though the minimum deposit is ৳300, only ever bet what you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
